Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or not as described.
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty (recommended policy).
